Object

This website has been designed by ICECYL, within the framework of the RED ARGOS project. Three entities participate in the ARGOS Network: ICECYL in Castile and León, the Digital Agency of Andalusia in Andalusia, and SPRI in the Basque Country. ICECYL is the project coordinator. The three entities will work on the basis of interregional cooperation to optimize the impact on SMEs and promote cybersecurity in the economic, professional, and business spheres, positioning cybersecurity as a clear opportunity for specialization.

Use of this Website grants the user the status of Site User, which implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in the version published at the time of access. Assuming full responsibility for any total or partial non-compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and for any legal and/or judicial actions that may arise as a result of this violation. Therefore, ICECYL recommends that the User read these terms and conditions carefully, as well as the general terms and conditions, if applicable, each time they access the Website. Consequently, ICECYL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of use in order to adapt them to current legislation and standard market practices.

Liability for technical errors

This Website aims to minimize problems caused by technical errors. However, some data or information contained in the pages may have been created or structured in files or formats that are not error-free, so it cannot be guaranteed that the service will not be temporarily interrupted or otherwise affected by such technical problems. ICECYL assumes no liability for such failures or technical errors that may arise as a result of browsing the website.

At any time and without prior notice to the User, ICECYL may temporarily suspend services on its website due to technical problems or force majeure.

Liability for damages to the user

ICECYL shall not be liable, either indirectly or indirectly, for any damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of the presence of viruses or other elements in the content and services provided by third parties that may cause alterations to the user’s computer system.

Nor will it be liable for any damages caused to the user due to failures or errors in access, connections, transmissions, unjustified interruption of the service, intrusions, mass mailings of advertising, or when the aforementioned causes are due to situations beyond the control of the Website, such as defects in the user’s computer, a deficiency in its connection, internal viruses in the user’s computer.

Use of the portal

www.redargos.com provides access to information, services or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to the owner, its partners in the project, or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. In said registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, and agrees to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that the owner offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them for (i) engage in illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic nature, in support of terrorism or in violation of human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the owner, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. The owner reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, threaten youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication. In any case, the owner will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the blog or other participation tools.

Confidentiality and data protection

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), ICECYL informs that certain uses of the Website entail the registration of the user, and therefore the delivery of personal data, authorizing the user, through their communication, to their treatment and inclusion in a file with personal data.
Personal data will be processed by ICECYL and incorporated into the processing activity of Promotion Activity, the purpose of which is registration for activities and services promoted by ICECYL, a purpose based on compliance with legal obligations by ICECYL, in order to respond to inquiries received, provide information on aid lines, training courses, news, newsletters, offers/promotions and advertising regarding services offered on the website.
The personal data you provide will be processed in a file under the responsibility of ICECYL, the purposes of which are:
The development, fulfillment and execution of the contract of sale of the services you have received or any other contract between both parties;
ICECYL stores and transmits data in accordance with the main international confidentiality and security standards. Remember that the security of your use of the website also depends on your correct use and preservation of certain confidential passwords.
The user (you) hereby guarantees that the personal data provided is true and accurate and undertakes to notify any changes or modifications to such data. Duration and termination

Legislation

All matters relating to the Website are governed in each and every respect by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valladolid.
