We promote the cybersecurity business ecosystem

We develop cybersecurity strategies to increase the competitiveness and strength of Spanish companies.

What is RED ARGOS

RED ARGOS, a project coordinated by the Institute of Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León and in which the communities of Andalusia and the Basque Country participate, has as its main objective to contribute to promoting and strengthening the national cybersecurity ecosystem and increase its global adoption, mainly by companies, based on the generation of specialized capacities, the networking of different regional cybersecurity nodes and the implementation of different instruments of direct support to companies.

The RED ARGOS project (Node 1) of the “RETECH: Territorial Networks of Technological Specialization” Program is a project co-financed through the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU

RED ARGOS Objectives

ARGOS NETWORK Partners

Spri Group – Basque Business Development Agency

The Basque Cybersecurity Agency, part of the Basque Business Development Agency, aims to promote and coordinate cybersecurity, as well as support and foster cybersecurity training and the secure digital development of the Basque Autonomous Community, its public administration, its citizens, and its business community.

Digital Agency of Andalusia – Andalusian Government

The Andalusian Digital Agency (ADA) aims to transform Andalusia into a leading European region in terms of Digital Transformation. Its mission is to position the Andalusian community as a leader in technological innovation and entrepreneurship, promoting the establishment of companies and strengthening the ecosystem.

Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and León – Regional Government of Castile and León

The Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and León (ICECYL) aims to boost the region’s economic growth through innovation, entrepreneurship, and digitalization.

The regional government maintains its commitment to cybersecurity by once again including it as one of the priorities of the current RIS3 (Smart Specialization Strategy 2021-2027): “Castilla y León, a commitment to smart manufacturing and security,” with ICECYL responsible for the majority of the defined actions to support the sector.
