The personal data that RED ARGOS collects are treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 , regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

Data subjects, either directly or through a representative, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling, where applicable, before the data controller. Likewise, the affected party may contact the Data Protection Officer for any questions related to the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights in this regard.
